So lately God has been really trying to teach me about less is more. Yeah i know i preach that all the time about church, and my wife says it all the time about Interior Design, but what about me?
Last week Jill and i took a real hard look at who we are as spenders, and how frivolous we can be over stupid lil things. The whole conversation was started, when reality set in that we are now going from a two paycheck family of two, to a one paycheck family of three.
Now before any one of you move to a, "poor Bobby, he will starve", we have plenty of money... but we have gotten a little lackadaisical on our spending habits. Nothing major, but starbucks and lunch dates are my weaknesses... and lets just say they add up at the end of the month.
So just wanted to let the world know that i am ready to practice what i preach, on all levels... and i you know... even though its a lil tough... there is this new purposed excitement in my home!
could be that ... or i am about to have a baby any day now!
