Keep me and my team in your prayers guys...yesterday i was asked to take over all of student ministries. My job will be to help them in the interim move to a place of thriving leadership, relevant environments, and changed lives. We have a lot of work to do, but the best part is the team is ready and willing to make the changes, the moves, and the laps necessary to reach these kids.
"My mind is swimming with so many ideas and thoughts...help me keep my eye on the prize...God help me to be the leader you need me to be...take your team to a place we never new possible, i cant do this with out you."
if you want to help...come on baby we can use you!

Bobby (I almost spelled your name booby...oops :-)),
Not that my seal of approval even matters, there isn't the slightest doubt in my mind that you are not the perfect man for the job.
I admire you as a leader, and no that your trust in God is going to open the door for some freaking amazing things to occur within the Crossings' student ministries.
Keep your head up, and while you have asking God to help you reach for the prize down pat, never forget that sometimes He wants us to just reach out and grab the prize. :-)
I'd offer to help but to be quite honest with you grade schoolers pick on me, middle schoolers have cooties, and high schoolers like to beat me up...so it would appear as if I am a bad candidate.
