AAAHHH...MUCH BETTER:
Yesterday...i took the day off, seriously that has been so foreign to me over the past couple of weeks...but not yesterday. I really don't even think i answered my cell...so if you were trying to get a hold of me...i am all yours today. The best part about yesterday is that i got to spend some time with my MRS. We went shopping for cribs (i know i know), I cooked her an amazing meal if i do say so myself (grilled yellow-hedge grouper with a citrus and chili vinaigrette, grilled portabellos and pineapple, and couscous) i went to the gym, i help clean the house...and most importantly i got the day to rest.

For me...that keeps me fresh...both my mind and my soul...i should try this more often!
